Expenses
We setup our accrued expenses (sales tax), direct expenses (everything it takes to drive sales), indirect expenses (all of the fixed expenses left after direct expenses), and other expenses (bank payments and equipment lease).

Each budget is tied to monthly gross sales consisting of services and retail. That is allocated to direct expenses (giving us gross profit), indirect expenses (giving us cash flow from operations), other expenses and income (giving us a net cash balance).

We setup our targets so our employees know what is expected of them... How much? Of what? By when? These targets include total number of guests, number of repeat / requests, number of referrals, prebooks needed from total guests, and total number of services.

Levels
Levels are the platform that a business owner can stand on with strength, faith, and confidence. Each level comes with an hourly or commission pay increase, but with higher targets. Employees that hit their level targets three months in a row jump to the next level.
